Positie 11 in de poule met 8 punten uit 22 wedstrijden (2 winst, 2 gelijk, 18 verlies, doelsaldo 20-78). ## Het seizoen Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026. Het seizoen van WFHC Hoorn D1 is er een om snel te vergeten. Twee overwinningen en twee gelijke spelen in tweeëntwintig duels vertellen een eerlijk verhaal over een jaar vol tegenslag. Het doelsaldo onderstreept dat: tachtig doelpunten meer tegen dan voor spreekt voor zich, en vrijwel elke tegenstander wist Hoorn pijn te doen. De enige lichtpuntjes lagen vroeg in de competitie. De 4-0 zege op Saxenburg D1 in november was het beste wat het seizoen te bieden had — een resultaat dat destijds wat hoop gaf, maar nooit het startpunt werd van een reeks. Integendeel: de laatste vijf wedstrijden gingen allemaal verloren, waaronder een 1-6 thuis tegen Gouda en een 3-0 op bezoek bij Shinty waarmee het seizoen afsloot. ## Slotfase Een seizoen zonder resterende wedstrijden en zonder druk van boven of onder biedt weinig narratief meer. Het eindpunt is helder: elfde in de poule, het seizoen volledig gespeeld.
