Were Di H1 heeft de competitie afgerond op de derde plek in Overgangsklasse Poule B. Met veertien zeges, vier remises en vier nederlagen is het een consistent seizoen geworden — niet het allerbeste, maar ver van matig. De aanval deed haar werk: 71 doelpunten in 22 wedstrijden geeft een gemiddelde van meer dan drie per duel. Defensief was het beeld wat wisselender; de 46 tegendoelpunten tonen dat de ploeg zijn kansen niet altijd afschermde. De grootste zege — 7-1 tegen Phoenix H1 begin november — liet zien waartoe het elftal in staat was op een goede dag. ## Eindsprint De slotfase van het seizoen verliep uiteindelijk positief: na het thuisverlies tegen Groningen H1 eind april herpakte Were Di zich met drie zeges in de laatste vier duels. De afsluiter op zaterdag 23 mei bij Forescate H1, gewonnen met 4-5, was een uitstekend slotakkoord.
