Positie 8 in de poule met 29 punten uit 22 wedstrijden (9 winst, 2 gelijk, 11 verlies, doelsaldo 40-53). ## Het seizoen Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026. Na 22 wedstrijden is het seizoen van Wijchen D1 erop. De eindstand in Poule D weerspiegelt een jaar met gelijke maten goede en slechte momenten: negen zeges tegenover elf nederlagen, met twee gelijke spelen ertussenin. De aanval produceerde veertig doelpunten, maar achterin liep het regelmatig spaak — met meer tegendoelpunten dan eigen treffers als resultaat. De seizoensafsluiting verliep moeizaam. Na de thuiszege op Doetinchem D1 volgden twee verliespartijen. Tegen Eemvallei D1 bleef de thuisploeg in de laatste speelronde op nul steken bij een 0-4 achterstand — een koude douche als eindakkoord. De grootste zege van het jaar was diezelfde 4-1 tegen Doetinchem; de zwaarste tegenvaller dateert van begin november, toen Groningse Studenten D1 met 6-1 langskwam. Leusden D1 finishte ruim boven het veld als kampioen van de poule. Voor Wijchen speelde de titelstrijd zich dit seizoen nooit echt af — het team schommelde het grootste deel van het jaar in de middenmoot.
