Positie 1 in de poule met 47 punten uit 22 wedstrijden (15 winst, 2 gelijk, 5 verlies, doelsaldo 49-30). ## Het seizoen Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026. Niemand had het aan het begin van het seizoen verwacht, ook binnen Victoria zelf niet. Vooraf werd de Rotterdamse ploeg niet verder dan de middenmoot ingeschat, en een terugkeer naar de Hoofdklasse leek ver weg. Maar de ploeg groeide gestaag, pakte consequent punten en profiteerde van misstappen bij de concurrentie. Niet altijd met overtuigend spel, maar wel door resultaten te halen — en ondertussen liet de concurrentie punten liggen, waardoor Victoria ineens bovenaan stond. Het kantelpunt lag in de winterstop. Tijdens een trainingskamp in Spanje ging het gesprek niet langer alleen over herstel, maar over ambitie. Aanvoerder Donna Dupuis was de enige die het hardop uitsprak: waarom willen we eigenlijk geen kampioen worden? De gedachte nestelde zich, en de tweede seizoenshelft bevestigde die verschuiving: drie zeges op rij in de slotfase, met als afsluiter een 2-4 overwinning uit bij Push. ## Terugkeer De dames van Victoria keren na vier seizoenen terug in de Tulp Hoofdklasse. Bij de vrouwen is Victoria de enige nieuwkomer op het hoogste niveau volgend seizoen. Trainer Sjoerd Woelders houdt de verwachtingen voor dat avontuur bewust gematigd. Victoria wil geen passant zijn in de Hoofdklasse, maar ook niet doorslaan in bravoure. 'We gaan niet zeggen dat we zesde moeten worden, maar we willen ook niet met nul punten onderaan eindigen. Als we achtste worden, hebben we het fantastisch gedaan.'
