Positie 8 in de poule met 22 punten uit 22 wedstrijden (5 winst, 7 gelijk, 10 verlies, doelsaldo 21-45). ## Het seizoen Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026. Het seizoen van Rotterdam D1 liep al vroeg vast op een terugkerend probleem: te weinig buit aan de ene kant, te veel weggegeven aan de andere. De ploeg had voor de winterstop al te maken met een verdedigend tekort dat nooit structureel werd gedicht. De 8-0 thuisnederlaag tegen SCHC D1 op 25 september tekende de kwetsbaarheid: op de slechtste dagen bood Rotterdam weinig weerstand tegen de topploegen. ## Slotronde zonder grip De laatste weken van het seizoen gingen volledig verloren. Na een 1-1 gelijkspel thuis tegen Tilburg D1 op 2 mei — het enige puntje in de slotfase — volgde een afsluiter in Amsterdam die met 7-0 uitdraaide. Zes opeenvolgende duels zonder zege markeerden het einde van een seizoen dat sportief weinig bood. De ploeg zakte daarin weg van al het gevecht om de hogere posities en sloot af als middenmoter zonder perspectief op meer. De grootste zege, 2-0 op Oranje-Rood D1 begin november, bleef een geïsoleerd moment. Een ploeg als Rotterdam D1 — die zich vorig seizoen via play-outs handhaafde in de Hoofdklasse — had dit seizoen iets meer continuïteit nodig dan ze kon vinden.
