Positie 9 in de poule met 26 punten uit 22 wedstrijden (8 winst, 2 gelijk, 12 verlies, doelsaldo 39-57). ## Het seizoen Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026. Het seizoen van Houten H1 kende twee gezichten. In de beginfase liep het saldo snel op — de 0-6 thuis tegen Huizen zette vroeg de toon — en de ploeg vond aanvankelijk weinig grip op de concurrentie. Twaalf nederlagen in tweeëntwintig duels vertellen dat verhaal, maar ze vertellen het niet compleet. ## Slotfase De laatste weken lieten een ander beeld zien. Drie van de laatste vijf wedstrijden werden gewonnen, waaronder een 1-2 overwinning bij MEP en een 3-2 thuis tegen GCHC. Dat zijn geen toevallige resultaten — het zijn tekenen van een ploeg die naar het einde van het seizoen toe beter functioneerde dan aan het begin. De afsluitende wedstrijd bij HGC, een 4-2 verlies op zaterdag 23 mei, deed geen afbreuk aan die lijn. De negende plek in Poule A is de definitieve eindstand.
