Positie 7 in de poule met 29 punten uit 22 wedstrijden (8 winst, 5 gelijk, 9 verlies, doelsaldo 48-57). ## Het seizoen Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026. Het seizoen van Horst D1 kende twee gezichten. De eerste maanden waren wisselvallig — negen nederlagen en een negatief doelsaldo tekenen een campagne die lang te onregelmatig was om hoger te eindigen. Maar wie alleen naar de slotfase kijkt, ziet een ander ploeg. Na de thuisnederlaag in mei volgden drie zeges achter elkaar: winst bij Scoop, thuis tegen Concordia en de 2-0 tegen Basko. Dat was de langste winstserie van het seizoen. De slotspeelronde doorbrak die lijn. Boxmeer D1 won ruim in Horst, wat de zevende plaats als eindbestemming bevestigde. Dat doet weinig af aan wat ervoor gebeurde: de opwaartse trend was zichtbaar en het was geen loos einde van een seizoen zonder betekenis. ## Aanval en achterstand Achtenveertig gescoorde doelpunten geven aan dat de aanval functioneerde. De verdediging slikte er negen meer dan de aanval produceerde — een bescheiden tekort, maar wel een constante factor in de lastigere wedstrijden.
