Positie 9 in de poule met 27 punten uit 22 wedstrijden (6 winst, 9 gelijk, 7 verlies, doelsaldo 44-41). ## Het seizoen Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026. Negen remises over 22 wedstrijden: dat is het signatuur van AthenA D1 dit seizoen. Meer dan een derde van alle duels eindigde in een gelijkspel, en juist in de slotfase beklijfde dat patroon. De laatste vijf wedstrijden leverden drie remises op — waaronder een 3-3 bij Myra en een 1-1 thuis tegen Voordaan — afgewisseld met twee nederlagen. Het doelsaldo bleef het gehele seizoen vrijwel in evenwicht. Met 44 doelpunten voor en 41 tegen liet AthenA zien dat het in de meeste duels meeging, maar beslissende momenten bleven te vaak uit. De 6-0 zege op MOP in maart was het dieptepunt voor de tegenstander en tegelijk het moment waarop de ploeg haar aanvalskracht het meest overtuigend liet zien. De 3-0 nederlaag bij Klein Zwitserland aan het einde van april stak daar scherp bij af. De eindstand op de negende plek is eerlijk: het seizoen was stabiel zonder uitschieters naar boven of naar beneden. De ploeg is niet gedegradeerd, maar ook niet in de buurt van de bepalende posities gekomen.
