Positie 6 in de poule met 27 punten uit 22 wedstrijden (7 winst, 6 gelijk, 9 verlies, doelsaldo 50-60). ## Het seizoen Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026. Het seizoen van Ares H1 in de Tweede klasse kende twee gezichten. In de eerste helft hield het team zich staande — de 6-1 zege op Culemborg in april was het beste bewijs dat de ploeg kon domineren als het klikte. Maar de trend draaide om, en dat werd in de slotfase pijnlijk duidelijk. ## Moeizame afsluiting De laatste weken waren zwaar. Na een 3-3 thuis tegen Westerduiven volgden drie nederlagen op rij, waaronder een 7-0 verlies bij Apeliotes — ook meteen de grootste tegenvaller van het seizoen. Dat de afsluitende uitwedstrijd bij Zevenaar met 6-3 verloren ging, zette de toon voor hoe het seizoen eindigde: met 27 punten en een doelsaldo van -10, op plek zes in Poule B.
