Gouda H1 heeft het seizoen afgesloten zoals het de meeste maanden verlopen is: winnend. De laatste dertien wedstrijden leverden dertien zeges op — een reeks die begon ergens in de tweede helft van het seizoen en nooit meer afbrak. De titel was uiteindelijk een kwestie van twee punten voorsprong op nummer twee Rapid H1, maar met nul wedstrijden meer te spelen is het resultaat definitief. Het aanvallende gewicht van deze ploeg springt eruit: negentig doelpunten voor is een gemiddelde van meer dan vier per wedstrijd. Daarbij past ook het scorebord uit de slotronde, een 7-2 thuis tegen Souburgh H1. De grootste tegenslag van het seizoen — een 7-2 verlies bij Rapid H1 eind oktober — werd nooit meer herhaald. Drie maanden later was het dezelfde Rapid die Gouda als kampioen moest erkennen. Het seizoensverloop was stabiel, niet explosief.
