## Het seizoen

Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026.

GHBS D37 had het seizoen al lang niet meer nodig om zich te bewijzen toen de laatste wedstrijd werd gespeeld. De ploeg eindigde met zeven opeenvolgende overwinningen, waaronder ruime uitzeges op GCHC D8 (1-9) en GHBS D11 (1-5). Zowel het aanvalsspel als de defensieve stevigheid gaven dat ritme een solide basis: 46 doelpunten voor en slechts 10 tegen over het hele seizoen laten een duidelijke lijn zien.

De titel was niet aan de orde — koploper Leeuwarden D2-O stond buiten bereik — maar het eindresultaat van negen overwinningen in elf wedstrijden geeft dit breedteteam een meer dan waardige slotnoot. De trend over het seizoen was stijgend, en de afsluiting sloot daar netjes bij aan.
