Positie 4 in de poule met 44 punten uit 22 wedstrijden (13 winst, 5 gelijk, 4 verlies, doelsaldo 65-33). ## Het seizoen Bijgewerkt op 1 juli 2026. Het seizoen van Overbos D1 zit erop. Na tweeëntwintig wedstrijden in de Tweede klasse staat de teller op een vierde plek — solide, maar te ver van koploper Castricum D1 om ooit serieus mee te doen aan de bovenste plaatsen. Aanvallend was er weinig mis: 65 doelpunten in een volledig competitiespeelschema getuigt van een ploeg die in de cirkel haar weg wist te vinden. Defensief hield Overbos het ook overwegend in de hand — slechts 33 tegendoelpunten over het hele seizoen. De grootste uitschuiver was de 2-3 thuisnederlaag tegen Spandersbosch D1, ingeklemd tussen vier zeges. Dat patroon tekent het seizoen: solide, zo nu en dan een terugval, maar geen echte dieptepunten. De slotfase verliep goed. Na die thuisnederlaag trok de ploeg twee duels achter elkaar naar een overwinning — eerst een knappe uitoverwinning bij UNO D1, gevolgd door een 6-1 thuiszege op Catwyck D1.
