## Kampioen

<cite index="22-1,22-2">De kampioenen in de Tulp Hoofdklasse Dames en Heren zijn bekend: Amsterdam D1 won de finale van de play-offs en mag zich Nederlands Kampioen seizoen 2025/2026 noemen.</cite> Voor de club is het de bevestiging dat de ingrijpende selectiewijzigingen voor dit seizoen de goede keuze waren.

## Selectie in beweging

<cite index="11-3">De samenstelling was behoorlijk veranderd in de aanloop naar het seizoen en het team werd versterkt met een groot aantal jonge speelsters.</cite> Dat maakte de weg naar de titel des te opvallender: een vernieuwd elftal dat direct presteert op het hoogste niveau.

<cite index="2-1">Het Dames 1-team van AH&BC heeft als enige damesteam in Nederland meegedaan aan alle seizoenen van de Hoofdklasse en is nog nooit gedegradeerd.</cite> Die ongebroken reeks kreeg in 2025/2026 een extra dimensie: niet alleen handhaving, maar ook de titel. <cite index="11-2">In 2023 wonnen ze hun vorige landskampioenschap; het seizoen daarna wilde dat helaas net niet lukken.</cite> Die gemiste kans is nu ingehaald.
