Het seizoen van Rood-Wit H1 eindigt op een derde plek — een resultaat dat de twee gezichten van de competitie goed samenvat. Aan de ene kant een aanval die ruim vijftig doelpunten produceerde en een slotreeks van vier duels zonder verlies. Aan de andere kant een wisselvallig midden van het seizoen dat de kloof met koploper Alecto te groot liet worden om nog iets te betekenen in de eindstand. De allerlaatste weken lieten een defensiever, geduldig Rood-Wit zien: drie remises op rij, stug en zonder veel ruimte weggeven, gevolgd door een zege op Alliance met 2-1. Winst thuis tegen Alliance als afsluiter geeft een nette smaak mee de zomerstop in. De grootste zege van het seizoen, een 6-3 tegen Overbos in maart, geeft aan dat de ploeg ook kon opendraaien — maar die consistentie bleef te lang achterwege om hoger mee te doen. Met tien zeges, vier remises en acht nederlagen over 22 wedstrijden is dit een seizoen van gemengde indrukken.
